Fine Print*

(Promotion starts on November 1st, 2023. Credit applied at closing. Credit is .5% (one half of one percent of the contract purchase price). Maximum credit is $5000 on qualifying purchases. Credit only applies to homes offering a minimum of 2% buyers agent commission, does not apply to FSBO or properties not listed in the Intermountain MLS and properties that are not offering a co-op commission. Credit only applies to home buyers under contract during the months of November 2023, December 2023, and January 2024 and expires on January 31st, 2024. Buyer must be in contract during those months on a property or in a buyers representation agreement, but closing date can take place after.
